Kristen Eber, She/Her

The Rosefinch Spa was founded by owner Kristen Eber in January 2016. Kristen is a native Atlantan, she grew up in nearby Virginia Highland. She has been a licensed esthetician since 2002. During that time she has received advanced training in several areas of esthetics including skincare, facial peels, makeup artistry and spa management. Kristen has received both local (Best Bikini Wax in Atlanta by Creative Loafing) and national recognition (Best Brazilian in Atlanta by Allure magazine.) The spa’s name is a tribute to her mother, an artist whose muse was “Rose” and her longtime love of birds and southern literature. Being half French, you’ll see many nods to France throughout the spa. Kristen lives nearby with her sweet little family and rescue pets where you will often find her reading or planning her next big global adventure.

Ashleigh Jackson, She/Her
Esthetician

Ashleigh is an accomplished esthetician with 20 years of experience. In her nomadic days, she practiced in North Carolina, Colorado, Cali and Chicago. From chemical peels, to gua sha, Ashleigh holds many diverse certifications. PRO AGING is her preferred method and theory of skincare and wellness; she strives to make clients feel their best inside and out.

When not at Rosefinch, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and doggo. She loves music, travel, food and the arts. Fun fact: Ashleigh studied improv comedy. “Knock, knock, who’s there? The 10 years I just took off your face”!

Mandy Lauderdale, She/Her
Medical Esthetician, Hey Butterfly

Hey Butterfly is a skin rejuvenation studio, pioneered by Mandy Lauderdale.  Mandy has been deeply invested in the evolution of skin health for over 20 years. 

As a licensed medical aesthetician, nothing gives her greater joy than sitting down with a patient and empowering them with solutions so that they can go out into the world and be the best version of themselves.

You will notice symbols of the ginkgo biloba leaf in our branding and treatment room. This leaf is a symbol of longevity, protection, renewal, and can survive in the most stressful conditions, much like our skin.  We find it serendipitous that the ginkgo biloba leaf is shaped like a butterfly.  Our purpose at Hey Butterfly is to offer medical aesthetics in Atlanta that help you unveil your inner butterfly.

Michele R. Chartier, DDS, She/Her
Botox

Michele joins our spa on the 3rd Friday of each month to offer Botox to our guests. She has many years of experience and is a highly accomplished injector. We are so happy to have her as a part of our team!

Pam Wilde, She/Her
Licensed Massage Therapist

Massage can be a great tool in a wellness lifestyle. Pam became a therapist because it always fascinated her that you can have a beneficial effect on someone through touch. Pam graduated from The Atlanta School of Massage. Her certificates include deep tissue, prenatal, neuromuscular and Swedish. In her free time, she tries to catch as many sunrises or sunsets as possible since they are always free. Painting, reading and movement are also a must.

Maureen Shaw, She/Her
Esthetician

Client care and satisfaction have always been the focus of Maureen’s career. She has a deep passion for skincare and loves finding the right skin solutions for all skin types. She has been on a personal journey with her own sensitive skin and is an expert on calming and soothing skin that might need some extra care. Prior to her transition to esthetics, Maureen had years of management experience that led to being promoted to the Rosefinch Spa Manager. She juggles all of these responsibilities with care and positivity. She’s a life-long learner and is continually attending classes and seminars and taking certifications to ensure she’s always learning the newest techniques and improving her skincare game.

Originally from Philadelphia, Maureen spent 10 years in Southern California before settling down in the South. She’s happy to be here and loves being a part of the Rosefinch Spa family!

Morgan Friday, She/They
Esthetician

Morgan Friday has been a licensed esthetician since 2019. They recently moved to Atlanta from Chattanooga. Morgan’s passion is to bring you holistic healing and services that fit into your life and change it for the better. Morgan is certified in all areas of esthetics as well as advanced certification in facial massage, sugaring hair removal, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and brow shaping. ”When you lay on my table, know that we are starting a bond and a friendship that I hope to grow. Jessica Parilla, She/Her
Licensed Massage Therapist

Jessica graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2020 after changing careers mid-life. Massage therapy helped her address her own stress, anxiety and burnout and she is honored to share that healing with others. She includes breathing techniques, visualizations and guided meditations in her sessions to take relaxation to an even deeper level. In her spare time, she is a science teacher and communicator in the fields of microbiology, medicine and public health.

Lauren Barcas, She/Her
Licensed Massage Therapist

Lauren’s massage journey began on Maui, Hawaii where she trained. It was a powerful time for her, connecting to the land and harnessing that energy into her massage practice. Her goal for every person who gets on her table is to break the cycle of stress that is embedded in our everyday lives and establish a reconnection within oneself. Pulling from modalities like Myofascial, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Sports, Shiatsu, Lauren curates sessions focused on what the client needs most- healing, pain relief, or letting go of what no longer serves you. Her massages are all about grounding down, intention and flow while providing a safe space for the client to vocalize what techniques are working and what is not. Each massage with Lauren is about you, creating a moment in time where healing and connection can root down and grow.
