To begin the session, Natasha will ask you to privately set an intention. This is personal and will not be shared with others, so be truthful with yourself. Natasha will hold you in a safe and sacred space and help you connect to your heart. You will be filled with love and light, melt into deep relaxation, and receive exactly what you need at this time. After intention setting, Throughout the sound bath you will experience the healing sounds of the singing bowls, chimes and sea drum. 

Note: During a sound healing, you may experience a number of different sensations, such as:  deep relaxation, physically vibrating/tingling, vision of colors or shapes, creative thoughts, inspiration, sense of deep connection, emotional shifts, release of blocks, and/or thoughts of old memories. You may also experience none of these or you may simply fall asleep. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any props you will need to be comfortable lying down for one hour. (We also have extras if needed.)
